Question: The public show images (public/image/list) even when the controller is clicked for public I am getting the page but without images showing up. Do the images need something specific associated with them to display in the public/image/list (to become public)?
Answer: the images need to be made public. do this by editing the image description. from image->list click 'more' on an image, then click 'edit description'. there is a checkbox there that says "is public". you can do this relatively quickly with the 'update and next' submit button.
