Figures can be further annotated by freehand drawing on them, for example outlining the characters of interest. After you add a figure (and possibly caption) and close the add popup the listed figures will have a 'draw' link on them. At present only images that are directly loaded into mx can be annotated in this way, though this is strictly a limitation of the way Morphbank exposes their data, and will be resolved very shortly.

If you click on the draw link on your figures and InputDraw is not working correctly it may be that Quicktime is trying to play the movie.  To fix it so Flash movies play in the browser follow these steps:

Use Firefox, or Chrome, or Safari.
1. Close Mozilla (or Firefox)

2. Open the QuickTime preferences control panel

3. Select Advanced tab

5. Make sure "Enable Flash" is not selected. May be in the MIME Settings.

6. Click OK, and close the QuickTime Control Panel

7. Remove the file pluginreg.dat from your Profile Folder. This file will be recreated next time you start Mozilla
