App/otu/show
From mx Help Wiki
When you Show an OTU numerous options are available on the left.
- material - summary of specimens and lots, you can add new specimens for this OTU here
- material examined
- map - a Google map of the specimens of this OTU
- distribution - summarizes non-specimen based (i.e. literature-based) distribution records
- molecular - summarizes sequences associated with this OTU
- associations - relationships this OTU has with other OTUs
- images
- matrices - the matrices this OTU is presently found in
- codings - how this OTU has been coded characters, including diagnostic (unique) states
- content - see App/content
- groups - the OTU groups this OTU is present in, can add to new groups here
- tags - the tags applied to this OTU
- summary - a list of the number of items this OTU is associated with
