When you update/edit a reference you can use the ‘update and next’ to commit the changes and automatically move to the next record.
Gotchas
If you get an application error while attempting to load a pdf it may be that your browser has a corrupted mime-types file, this is a frequent/known problem with Firefox. To resolve this problem close Firefox, find the mimeTypes.rdf file in your Firefox profile and delete it. Upon reopening the browser upload should work.
